Işıl Dinçer, has 13 years of experience in real estate appraisal and consulting. She holds Bachelor of Science degree and also Master of Science degree in Topographical Engineering from the Yıldız Technical University. She initially served as Topographical Engineer at Çağdaş Engineering Ltd. (1997-1998), later as Chief Clerk at Harkap Engineering Ltd. (1998-2004). In 2004, she was appointed to Appraiser at Industrial Development Bank of Turkey Real Estate Appraisal Inc. She entitled to get Capital Markets Board of Turkey licence and promoted to director in 2006 at the same company. In 2008, was assigned as General Manager as agent and in the beginning of 2009 General Manager as principal. She is providing fiscal and appraisal services in the areas of real estate appraisal, feasibility studies, development consulting, construction progress reports in IDBT Real Estate Apppraisal Inc. She is Former Chairman, Licenced Appraisal Companies(2009-June2010); Member of Committee, İstanbul Chamber of Commerce Real Estate Committee; Member of Board, Turkey Appraisers Union and Member of Committee, GYODER Appraisal Committee
