Haluk Çelebioğlu was born in 1962, İstanbul. After his graduation from the school of business administration, Gazi University in 1985, he started his career in Atılım A.Ş. (Arçelik). In 1992, he was appointed as Sales and Marketing Manager of Siemens Home Appliances. In this tenure, he was in charged of the education of sales team, planning of the branches’ investments, advertising and public relations. In 1997, as one of the members of Siemens Home Appliances Turkey Organization’s founders, carried on his duty as Senior Vice President of Sales.
